Information about Returns-Exchanges-Cargo

Shipping fee 60 TL
A +10 TL service fee is charged for shipments paid by Cash/Credit Card at the door (payments made at the cargo branch or to the courier).
Free shipping is provided for purchases over 2000 TL.
For transactions that fall below 2000 TL as a result of the RETURN, a 60 TL shipping fee will be charged due to exiting the shipping campaign. (Invoiced)
In case of RETURN for orders over 2000 TL shipped with free shipping, a 100 TL shipping fee will be charged. (Invoiced)
Shipping costs for exchanges are paid mutually.
The calculation is made by deducting the shipping difference from the buyer's account for Exchange/Return products that are not sent by contracted cargo.
In case of return or exchange, shipments must be sent with the contracted cargo company as Buyer Pays.
Important ! Cargos sent for returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the customer code.
